What is Express Fitness Auto-Pay?

Express Fitness Auto-Pay is a seamless and secure electronic payment platform that allows automatic billing of your Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card for membership payments. With Express Fitness Auto-Pay, you won’t have the hassle of remembering when your membership plan expires because the solution auto-charges your card when your new membership cycle rolls around. It’s simple: set it, forget it and get your workout on!

 

Why should I use Express Fitness Auto-Pay?

Express Fitness Auto-Pay facilitates a smoother payment process for your membership fees. It’s convenient because it saves you from having to remember your payment due date so you can have uninterrupted use of our gym facilities.

 

Do I have to use Express Fitness Auto-Pay?

While Express Fitness Auto-Pay is an opt-in payment solution, you can’t beat the value of having your membership fees automatically charged to your Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. But if you’re still not sure, you can always opt to use our other available payment methods, including in-store payment by cash or card, one-time payments on our website or NCB Bill Payment to Express Fitness Limited.

 

Is Express Fitness Auto-Pay secure?

Express Fitness Auto-Pay is a secure payment platform that processes payments via tokenization. The use of a unique token passed between gateway and applications allows us to never store external debit/credit card information. All transactions are processed using secure HTTPS and SSL protocols and your billing information will never be shared with third parties.

 

Can I opt-out or cancel?

Yes, you can opt-out by logging into your Express Fitness Auto-Pay account and choosing the option to disable autopayments. Membership fees paid up to the point you request cancellation are non-refundable. You may continue to access the gym until your current membership plan expires.

Can I get a refund if I made an error with my payment?

If you have chosen the wrong membership plan or have had a change of heart, you may request a refund within the first 48 hours after payment. We will make the refund via electronic funds transfer once the following details are sent to us at customercare@expressfitnessja.com:

  1.    Written request by customer
  2.    TRN
  3.    Copy of valid government photo ID (driver's licence, voter's ID or passport)
  4.    Last four (4) digits of Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card used to make payment
  5.    Cardholder's name
  6.    Name of bank, branch/transit number, account number, account type

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

Why was my payment duplicated?

All Express Fitness auto-pay transactions are processed by a third-party gateway, First Atlantic Commerce (FAC). As a part of FAC’s recurring billing process, the gateway places a hold on the card used for the transaction in the amount of the auto-billing. This hold is only for the initial setup of the recurring billing and will be released within a few days.

 

Can I freeze my membership?

Auto-Pay memberships are not eligible for freezes.
